Promoting Women’s political participation and Gender Equality
In 2016, the Crans Montana Forum will launch a new Initiative, the Forum on Central to Far-Eastern Europe, to be held in Vienna (Austria), from June 30 to July 1st 2016.
On this occasion, a Special Programme in association with the Crans Montana African Women’s Forum will gather Ministers, notably Ministers of Women Affairs and Education, International & Regional Organizations, Member of Parliaments, Businesses and specialized NGOs coming from all around the World.
Education and gender equality are the engines to a better society. Now that Women are at managerial positions in Politics and Business, they need to become an asset to improve the Management of Public Affairs and to fight corruption.
Women from Africa, Eastern and Central Europe will meet during this new outstanding Initiative held in Vienna to discuss these crucials issues. It will be a unique opportunity for them to discover and develop their networks among personalities coming from these two zones with unlimited potential.
