Mrs. Farida Allaghi is currently one of the most influential women in Libya.
She was for 42 years in exile and deeply suffered from the violence of Khadafi's regime.
Recently appointed Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Libya to the European Union, she is also an international consultant in the areas of civil society, human rights, democracy, public policy and advocacy, women’s issues, and youth.
Great friend of the Forum for several years Mrs. Allaghi will take part in the Exceptional Meeting dedicated to Migration in the Mediterranen organized on the occasion of our 26th Annual Session in Brussels next June.
